1. Store Operator & Acceptance

Poaetry™ is owned and operated by Sichuan Dilüxin Technology Co., Ltd. References to “we,” “us” and “our” mean this company in connection with its Poaetry™ online store.

By placing an order, you agree to these purchase terms and the applicable policies presented before purchase, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract or act with appropriate authorization from a parent, guardian or other legally authorized person.

3. Customer Accounts

Provide accurate information and protect your account credentials. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. Guest checkout, where available, does not reduce the support or policy protections applicable to your purchase.

4. Product Information

Read the item’s description, dimensions, materials, included quantities and care instructions before ordering. Product images are illustrative; lighting, screen settings and minor natural material variations may affect appearance.

We do not use these variations to excuse a defect or materially inaccurate listing. If you discover a material discrepancy, contact us for review.

5. Order Submission & Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your request and does not itself mean the goods have shipped. Orders are subject to payment confirmation, availability and necessary verification.

If an item is unavailable, a payment cannot be verified or a material listing error prevents fulfillment, we will contact you. We will not impose an increased price or substitute product without your agreement. If the affected order cannot proceed, amounts collected for it will be refunded promptly.

6. Prices, Taxes & Payment

The checkout currency and final order total are displayed before payment. Review the items, discounts, shipping and applicable taxes collected at checkout.

Your financial institution may apply its own conversion or transaction charges. Import charges not collected at checkout may be assessed by destination authorities as described in our Shipping Policy.

7. Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation and necessary verification, or up to 5 business days during busy periods.

Estimated standard U.S. transit is 10–15 business days after dispatch. Processing time is additional. Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.

Fulfillment may occur from our own or partner facilities outside the United States. We do not promise local U.S. dispatch for every order.

If we cannot ship within the applicable promised period, we will provide notice and, where required, seek agreement to a delay or offer cancellation and a full, prompt refund for the unshipped merchandise and applicable charges.

8. Returns & Refunds

Request a return for an eligible item within 30 calendar days after delivery. Contact service@poaetry.com before sending merchandise. The registered business address is not an automatic return destination.

For preference-based returns, the item must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with original packaging and components. Customers pay preference-return postage; no restocking fee applies to an approved return.

Approved refunds for returned items are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval following receipt and inspection. Required refunds for unshipped or delayed orders are issued promptly within applicable legal deadlines.

9. Damaged, Incomplete or Incorrect Orders

Contact us promptly, preferably within 7 calendar days of delivery, with the order number and reasonable supporting information. This reporting request does not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Confirmed damage, defects, missing or incorrect items, or material description differences attributable to us are resolved through an appropriate replacement, refund or return solution at no additional cost.

10. Order Changes & Cancellations

Request a change or cancellation immediately. We can act while the order remains editable and has not entered fulfillment. No cancellation fee applies when cancellation before fulfillment is successful.

Once fulfillment begins, shipment may not be stoppable. Eligible returns remain available. Amounts collected for an order we cannot fulfill are refunded promptly.

11. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions are subject to the terms disclosed with the offer. Confirm the discount at checkout. Price changes do not retroactively increase the price of an accepted order.

12. Product Use & Safety

Use each item only for its intended purpose and follow the supplied instructions. Do not assume all household goods are suitable for high heat, dishwashers, microwaves, direct food contact or use by children.

Inspect ceramic items for cracks and small accessories for loose or damaged parts. Keep small items and packaging away from children and pets. Stop using an item that appears unsafe.

13. Bulk Purchases & Resale

Contact us before placing a bulk or resale order if you require special quantities, packaging or delivery arrangements. We may discuss reasonable limits or alternative fulfillment terms before accepting the order.

14. Intellectual Property

Website text, images, branding and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights held by us or the relevant owners. Purchasing an item does not transfer rights to copy website content or use the Poaetry™ brand.

15. Reviews & Customer Content

Submit only content you have the right to share. Reviews should reflect actual experiences and must not contain unlawful material or another person’s private information. We may moderate content for legitimate reasons without misrepresenting customer feedback.

16. Prohibited Conduct

Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful purchases, unauthorized access, malicious code, harassment or interference with other users or our systems.

17. Third-Party Services & Links

Payment providers, carriers and linked websites may have their own terms. Their involvement does not remove our obligations to you as the merchant.

18. Events Outside Reasonable Control

Disruptions such as severe weather, customs issues or carrier interruptions may affect fulfillment. We will communicate material delays and provide applicable cancellation or other remedies. Such events do not automatically transfer every risk or loss to the customer.

19. Disclaimers & Liability

We take reasonable care with product information and store operations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory rights concerning defective goods, non-delivery or refunds.

Any limitation permitted by law applies only to the extent legally enforceable in the relevant circumstances.

20. Applicable Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our company in China, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules that apply to you. This clause does not deprive you of non-waivable rights in your place of residence.

21. Severability & No Waiver

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue where legally permitted. A delay in exercising a right does not automatically waive that right.

22. Updates to These Terms

Revised terms will be posted on this page. Changes do not retroactively remove rights relating to an existing purchase. The terms applicable when you placed the order continue to govern that order, subject to mandatory law.
